Product Application Specialist
MicroGO is currently seeking candidates for a full-time Product Application Specialist role. We encourage you to submit an application if you are a motivated technical expert who enjoys working independently in a realistic environment. Working with sales representatives and supporting clients in problem-solving will be your main responsibilities. Additionally, you will help with new application launches for both present and potential clients. This position will also require you to build strong relationships with your assigned customer base to generate a high level of customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will:

Identifying leads and resolving customer pain points by doing initial discovery.

Provides leads and engages in problem-solving with the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP), performing pilot and demo.

Assist sales team with installation and user training.

Regular training support to clients.

Studies the consumption pattern of consumables.

Share new launches with existing and prospective clients.

Desired candidate:

B.Sc /M.Sc (Life-sciences) or any Engineering.
