Junior Key Account Manager

As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will help us drive MicroGO's growth and expand the market, enter new territories and strengthen business relationships with our customers. Networking is critical to success in this position.

In this role, you will:

  • Create, Develop, and execute the sales strategy in line with the organisation's objectives.

  • Maintain current clients and create opportunities to upsell sell, cross-sell sell and cold-calling.

  • An innovative approach to finding business in a diverse range of business sectors.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.

  • Build relationships with existing accounts to secure long-term growth.

  • Build, manage and maintain a sales pipeline with accurate activity and forecasting.

  • Presentation and demonstration of products and systems.

Desired candidate:

  • A Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree Holder.

  • Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales preferably in the Food and water industry, Hospitality. Sales result-oriented, confident, ambitious, dynamic personality.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Professional, presentable skills with the ability to convey information to a broad audience, and credibility with strong communication skills.

  • Delivers and achieves sales volume targets and growth expectations of assigned customers/territory.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as thrive in a cooperative work environment.

  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.

  • Willing to travel extensively.
