How did we solve it?

Access to sterilized equipment is required to prevent the transmission of diseases from instruments during surgical procedure. Global healthcare needs access to safe surgical sterilization, lack of which drives up the infection rates. Inadequate sterilization may also contribute to the spread of HIV and other diseases that spread via contact through bodily fluids.

The mismanagement at post-harvest leads to 45% loss in fruits, vegetables and tubers (FVT) raising social, economical and environmental concerns. India annually produces fruits and vegetables of the value of about ₹7000 crores and wastage may be

of the order of ₹2100 crores. This is a huge loss of valuable food even when the minimum food requirement of the population is not met.

Globally, waterborne diseases are responsible for 2 million deaths each year, with the majority occurring in children under 5. The world health organization (WHO) estimates that one tenth of the global disease burden can be achieved by improving water sanitation and hygiene.

Service & Assembly Technician

As a Service Technician, you will survey, install, maintain, and/or repair products, devices and systems at customer sites. Must build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

In this role, you will:

Assemble the device as per the instruction given by the team with 0% failure.
Conserve resources and supplies to facilitate minimum waste and optimise the process of assembly.
Inform supervisors of any part or equipment defects to ensure prompt response to the problem.
Conduct routine visits & Install equipment following Standard Operating Procedures.
Maintain existing customer equipment in working conditions.
Train customers on safe equipment use, cleaning procedures, and product information.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems and/or conditions.

Desired candidate:

Diploma/ ITI in EEE/ECE /Electrical and Electronics.
1+ years of field service experience (maintaining industrial equipment / mechanical/Electronics/ Electrical problem solving)
Basic electrical and electronics knowledge.
Soldering knowledge.
Knowledge of assembly of electronic devices.
Understanding of industrial SOP.
Good communication skills.
